Message	Hmmmm...perhaps....I think I know why they all come out shiny.....it's because people aren't just getting there plenums powdercoated...they're sanding them perfectly smooth first THEN powdercoating them.....I suppose if I left the areas I want red with the grainy feel they already have and used a flat powdercoating paint like you said then it would come out how I want it or how the Ferrari is.....
